Overview
xDecoder 14.0 is a Windows application for examining and editing diagnostic trouble-code structures in supported ECU binary files.
Automatic search can identify DTC code tables and associated mask and path data. Where recognized, the interface displays the controller producer, hardware identifier, software identifier and detected table size. Files are processed locally, and edited binaries can be saved separately from the original.
Coverage includes selected Bosch EDC, EDC17, MED, MED17, MD1 and MG1 strategies, Delphi DCM controllers, and supported Continental, Siemens and Visteon applications. Version 14.0 adds Ford Delphi DCM6.1 support.

Compatibility depends on the exact hardware, software strategy and BIN structure. A matching ECU family does not guarantee detection for every firmware revision.
This file-based utility does not replace the ECU reading/writing interface. Preserve an untouched original, review automatically detected tables and validate output and checksum requirements before programming. DTC edits affect diagnostic reporting; keep safety and emissions monitoring intact.
