Overview
DST VAG IMMO Tool 4.0 modular service suite
DST VAG IMMO Tool is a Windows suite for supported Volkswagen Group immobilizer, EEPROM, flash, key-synchronization and control-module file workflows. Its central launcher opens dedicated module workspaces for inspecting supported files, identifying module information and producing processed output for authorized repair or replacement work.

Correct application launcher
Start DST_VAG_Tool.exe. The separate DST_VAG_Tool.Core.exe belongs to the package and is not the normal application entry point. Keep the package files together in the same application directory.
Supported modules
- BCM2 A4 / A5 / Q5 95320 EEPROM
- BCM2 A4 / A5 / Q5 D-Flash
- BCM2 A6 / A7 / A8 / VW Touareg
- Audi ELV Immobilizer
- EZS 1L59W / 3L40K — 2 KB
- EZS 0L01Y — 4 KB
- VW Crafter EZS
- Audi / VW Touareg AKL Sync Key Calculator
- Simos PCR2.1
- VAG CCM Module

- TCU DQ200 / DQ250 / DQ400 MQB
- Simos 10.x
Available fields, processing functions and license eligibility depend on the selected module and supported file type. These module names do not establish support for every hardware or firmware variant fitted to the named vehicles.
BCM2 workspaces
Separate workspaces cover Audi A4/A5/Q5 95320 EEPROM, A4/A5/Q5 D-Flash, and selected A6/A7/A8/VW Touareg BCM2 files. Depending on detection, available information includes FAZIT, VIN, CS, MAC, Power Class, key count, ECU/TCU/ELV configuration, ECU type and immobilizer type.

The pictured EEPROM workspace contains flash/EEPROM loading, Virgin, output-save, data-save and ELV-error-repair controls. It also exposes Master/Slave ECU, TCU and ELV configuration fields. Availability of a control does not confirm suitability for every module.
Audi ELV Manager
The ELV workspace provides structured flash-file loading and saving together with available VIN, CS, MAC, state, Power Class, ECU-type and immobilizer-type information.

EZS modules
Dedicated targets include 1L59W / 3L40K (2 KB), 0L01Y (4 KB) and VW Crafter EZS. These sizes describe the relevant data files, not the software download. Structured loading, identification and EEPROM processing reduce the need to examine supported data directly in a hex editor.

EZS 1L59W / 3L40K EEPROM workspace.
The illustrated 1L59W/3L40K workspace includes FAZIT, VIN, ECU CS, CS2, ECU/EZS/TCU MAC values, PIN, Power Class, state, module-type and key-information fields.
Key synchronization workspace
The Audi/VW Touareg AKL Sync Key module works with applicable BCM2, ECU, TCU and ELV file information for authorized key-replacement and immobilizer service cases. Its interface includes vehicle-module configuration, synchronization-data handling and a separate key-data editor with part-number, hardware and car-type information.

Simos PCR2.1
PCR2.1 has its own specialized flash-file workspace with input validation and supporting utilities. Its documented interface includes flash loading/saving, MCU identification, two labelled IMMO OFF variants, a Checksum Calculator and PCR2.1 Flash Utility. The appropriate function depends on the supported file and service case.

VAG CCM
The CCM module handles supported EEPROM-based module information and available immobilizer parameters. Its illustrated fields cover part number, HW/SW, VIN, immobilizer ID, CS, CCM/ECU/ELV MAC values, PIN, Power Class, immobilizer state, manufacturer, key information and module type.

MEDC17 WES4
The MEDC17 workspace separates Source and Donor file areas. It provides flash and EEPROM loading/saving alongside available FAZIT, VIN, immobilizer ID, CS, MAC, PIN and immobilizer-state/type data. The pictured submodule is labelled V1.0; the overall suite version is 4.0.

Transmission / TCU workspaces
Selected DQ200, DQ250 and DQ400 MQB transmission file workflows are documented. Available data can include part number, version, software identification, VIN, CS, MAC, mileage, Power Class and TCU type. The illustrated TCU Manager V1.0 includes flash/EEPROM loading and saving with module-specific processing controls; V1.0 is the submodule title rather than the suite version.

Simos 10.x
The Simos 10.x workspace handles supported EEPROM files and available immobilizer ID, VIN, CS, MAC, PIN, Power Class, state, immobilizer-type and ECU-type information.

Main launcher and module licensing
The launcher provides central module selection, a description for the selected module, Hardware ID display, per-module license checks, license import and a central application log. Activation/licensing is required; licenses for available modules are checked individually at startup. A valid-license indication in an example screenshot does not grant licenses to another installation. Prices, license durations and a general distribution license category are not documented.
Package contents
DST_VAG_Tool.exe
DST_VAG_Tool.Core.exe
DSTVagTool_Log.txt
version.dllLaunch DST_VAG_Tool.exe and retain all files together. File acquisition and writing data back to physical modules are separate tasks; the documented workspaces primarily process supported module files.
Windows and compatibility notes
The software platform is Windows. Specific Windows versions, runtime dependencies, CPU/RAM requirements, complete supported firmware lists and exact archive size are not established. Preserve untouched copies of original EEPROM and flash files, and verify the vehicle, module, file origin and intended authorized repair before saving or using processed output.
Authorized use and operating precautions
DST VAG IMMO Tool is intended for authorized automotive diagnostic, locksmith, ECU / TCU replacement and immobilizer service work.
Always preserve untouched backups of the original EEPROM and flash files before processing.
Verify the exact vehicle, module, file origin and intended repair procedure before saving or using modified data.
Do not use immobilizer or key-related functions on vehicles or modules for which you do not have authorization.
